My name is Jeffrey, I'm a video editor and traveler that solo developed this app to fix a problem of my own; losing hours trimming all my footage after getting home from a trip or a film shoot. Lately I'll take 2 cameras and come home with 10 hours of footage. That's at least 10 hours of playback when editing the first pass. I made it so you can download it and it runs locally on your own machine, not on a server. I made something that I would want to use on my own PC.

I film road trip vlogs, and before FirstPass I'd scrub through raw footage by hand, cutting out silence, shaky clips, and botched retakes, before I could even start actually editing. Now the first pass happens automatically, so I get straight to actually editing. I'm hoping this saves you plenty of time and gets you excited for editing.
